meri beti age 4 years brain me pani hy aur EVD lgi hy drainage k lye ,4 month sy pani nikal rhy hen doctors ki hidat k mutabik lekin akdao bahot hy pory jisam me aur sath fever nhi kam hota ,plz akdao aur fever ka solution bta dain thanks.

Dear parent. Treating doctors are the best judges of patients condition. General principal of treatment is , as long water in brain is infected shunt is not placed. Fevrr is a sign of infection , antibiotics are advised according to culture report. May god give her health.
Assalam o alaikum .As long as csf is infected shunt cannot be placed and fever is a sign of infection . i recommend intra thecal injection after culture and sensitivity of csf .
