Sir i am 26 year old. I have been suffering from "spermatorrhoea" for a long time. Now i face many problem which are brain related. i.e. following are the some symptoms i am facing, difficulty in conversation, forgot words, memory weakness not remember the past events or not instantly recall, i forgot relatives names, Headache, and also i feel very difficult to wake up from sleep in morning. Please kindly guide me what i have to do in this condition. Thank you

Thank u for suggestion. Sir i am suffering from mentioned disease for several years and still have symptoms so i am worried about that, i think i haven't any other problem that let me in depression. so kindly tell me is that disease can be the cause of those elements or depression is the main factor?
i will try to consult neurologist but if u think it's appropriate so suggest any medication for initial prevention .
