Talk to Neuro Physician on Back Pain
Asking For Self, Male 26, lahore
i got back pain 1.5 month ago. i can't maintain my sitting/sleeping posture more than 01 minutes so i have to change it plus a lot of pain in the centre of spinal cord. i visited 03 doctors but they don't take it serious and told me to do some exercise plus medicine. when i did exercises i got more pain and medicine couldn't resolve my pain. please guide me.
