Talk to Nephrology on Kidney Stone And Low Hemoglobin

Salam doctor, I have various kidney stone in my both the kidneys and it is of 0.6 and 0.5 cm (these both are the biggest one). Doctor have prescribe me Abo Cran, nos-pa and mercip. I have even found that my hemoglobin level is less attaching reports she have given sangobion and folic acid to maintain iron level in my body. I wanted to ask is it necessary to take supplement can't i try having more iron foods and wait for 1-2 months to get normal again by eating and drinking iron rich foods. As i don't like eating tablets at all and because of eating too many tablets my tongue taste like worst! Suggestion needed??
