Talk to Nephrologist on Renal

AoA.. Respected Dr.. I have severe kidney pain and urine obstruction. I cannot pass urine. Pain is intense which relieves after an injection. Since last 1 week i am suffering from all this. Almost in every night and day i have pain and my urine stop 2 3 times and then after having cranberry juices and much more i pee but not able to empty bladder completely.when it was 1st happened to me 7 days ago my urine stops but when i urinate there was a drop of blood before urine. Then in Urine analysis there was numerous RBCs in it. plz guide me what the problem is. 1year ago there were stone in my left kidney which is not noticed now in USG. kindly tell me what actually causes this?? plz
