As 10 year itself is a huge period of time plus also the reason of your kidney removal at that time is not known (to us). I would advise you to get a checkup of your BP, UCE and Urine Dr first and then plan for a pregnancy after having a discussion with any nephrologist if he/she will allow you on the basis of your recent check up.

Yes u can but 1st u need to know wats ur fresh renal functions r.. Consult Nephrologist wid labs to get proper advise and precautions u need to follow

There are more chances you can have good pregnancy outcomes but you need close monitoring with Nephrologist and Gynaecologist both. Your blood pressure should be very well controlled. Before planing pregnancy it will be better to review with your reports to nephrologist. Thank you
