After reading the description of your pain carefully, i recommend you to get your Urine dr and Vit D levels done. As it seems to be related with Vit D deficiency more rather than a kidney pain. But in the light of the provided limited history (without knowing further details), performing the above mentioned tests can help to find and treat the root cause accordingly.

Assalam o alaikum. I'll agree with Dr Anita that with this limited history and considering your age it looks like vit D deficiency or early fatigue symptoms.
IN my practice young females with lower backache history mostly diagnosed with menstrual disturbance and especially LEUKORREHEA. Very very common. Pain or fatigue is due to leukorrehea but history of backache misdirect treatment.
Thanks

Again leukorrehea may be physiological or infected. My recommendation would be to consult your gynaecologist. Take healthy diet, avoid junk food. Physical activity especially toning exercise. IN SHA ALLAH you will be fine. If possible share your prescription with me.
Lastly get your CBC, urine and vit D level as advised by Dr Anita. Also share reports with me if you want to. Take care.
