I would suggest that u should visit a Nephrologist near u,as soon as possible because if this report is correct than the kidneys are not functioning at all.Needs urgent medical attention.

Thanx sir, is this leads to dialysis r to be treated with medicine?

Seems like have advanced CKD.. must see a specialist ASAP. 

Labs are not good.. Need to meet Nephrologist as soon as posible.. Will need dialysis at this stage and proper workup

The blood test shows 11 fold rise in S. Creatinine from the normal level and more than 5 fold rise in blood urea from the normal level.This shows Progressive Kidney Disease projected to approximately less than 10% remaining kidney function. As Patients profile ,labs and Ultrasound KUB and other markers of kidney disease not provided,it is hard to say if it Acute kidney dysfunction,or Acute on Chronic Kidney Disease. Please seek early attention from near by nephrology services for complete work up and early intervention,hospitalisation and evaluation for possible short term dialysis to improve renal chemistry is likely on card.
