Talk to Nephrologist on Nephrotic Syndrome Fsgs With Early Pregnancy

I am patient of nephrotic syndrome fsgs since 2012. From last 4 years I am continuously taking steroids deltacortril because of several relapses. I was taking one steroid 2 days before. And my urine report again showed +++ protein in urine. I have started taking 10steroids per day from yesterday. And today my pregnancy test came positive. I am so worried. Where should I go to consult? Any place where nephrologist and gynecologist can check me together and help me. Please guide me. And suggest me some place and doctor in lahore.
