Talk to Nephrologist on Left Kidney Pain
Asking For Self, Male 30, Karachi
had pain in left kidney and urinary tract ending for 15 mins, it happened after sehri, felt something is unable to passout, no blood in urine
2 years ago I had this pain in right kidney with blood in urine (those stones now removed by medicine)

Its most likely renal colic u should have these test done
Urine complete examination
Serum creatine and urea
Ultrasound kub
For time being drink plenty of water and for pain can take pain killer such as Voren 50 mg morning and evening for 3 days not more
Further management depends on result of above mention test

was detected 7-8 mm small echogenic focus at right vesico ureteric function " 2years ago
this was removed through herbal medicines.
this year I had employee medical test, in which US abdomen, states "fatty liver with mild hepatomegaly"
however doctoc instructed to limit sugar and oil, and further had " lipid profile test " which came normal, and serum tsh, t4, urea and serum creatinine, all came normal (these I had on 14-may-2017)
now last night I had this pain, as I mentioned in left one, 2 years ago the pain was in right kidney,
