Get RFTs and s/e . Urine complete examination and cbc.
Also get DTPA scan.
cortex of the kidney is thin on the side where stone is impacted so nothing might help since that kidney is probably non functioning but nevertheless may consult a urologist for further care. They might orders a Renal scan for further work up.
