I am feeling neck pain from 2 months..I have issue of high blood pressure..130/90 to 150/100 its normal blood pressure for me.. Mostly i fell pain during traveling.. Every time i fell laziness.. Bad habit smoking and mobile use too much..

Are you taking any medicine for high blood pressure?
If not contact some doctor for its management.
Everyone uses mobile some for professional purposes etc..
you need to modify your posture!

My age is 25 years old.. Doctor asked me use for 7 days.. after 7 days use when you feel pain..

For blood pressure better use zestril 5mg for this age group.
Salt restriction.
Quit smoking.
Make a record of your blood pressure and ask again!
