Salam. You are having a condition called acute hepatitis. It could be hepatitis A or E. It is self limiting medical illness which usually takes days to weeks to get cured completely. All you need to do is have more sugar drinks and try to avoid sharing your food with others for while u r sick as it can spread through sharing of food. Once you are healthy again then u can have your normal routine. You can have hepatitis A and E tests if you really want to know about type. Furthermore get your liver tests repeated in a week to see improvement. This condition is not dangerous mostly unless your liver functions get more worse or you feel very sick. Yellowness also will improve with time. Hope to answer your questions.

Wa alaikum assalam,
Usually this will subside in a couple of weeks, if you feel more sick than you may need some intravenous medications. Sweet fluids and soft diet. Take complete rest and avoid sharing your food with your family.
