Whenever i keep hands in water in Winter, i get running nose n sneezing. i got checked with Islamabad allergy centre, ISB. they said i have Dust n Pollen Allergy. what should i care? what precaustions should i take?

It is better to avoid what ever effect you if possible or use protective gloves etc .do you get blue painful hands too after cold exposure.

best is avoiding the trigger,but if you suffer much and affect your daily life and activities then start tab Montiget 10 mg once at night for a month,also start fexeget 60 mg once daily for 10 days.
