Aoa dear Dr, I was having sever knee pain since 6 months. Previously I was diagnosed with high uric acid which is dropped to 4 now after taking medicines. However since last one month I am experiencing sever knee pain. I visited an Orthopedic here and diagnosed with poly Arthiritis. I am on medicines since one month. But still pain is unbearable. My vitamin D level is also very low and I am taking injections for it. It is very difficult to visit dr here again and again. Dr gave me medicines for 3 months. Plz guide me what should I do at home for reduction of my knees pain. I shall be grateful. My reports and X Ray's are available online with Dr so I cannot add them here. I am taking medicines 1: Dorofen, 2: calichew D.

Risek 40 mg daily
Zyloric 100 md daily
Lipiget tab 10 mg daily
I would advise you to visit medical specialist or physician as well atleast once just to find any medical cause for joint pains. Also i would advise you not to take pain killers like diclofenac for longer period of time as these can effect kidneys and also stomach. Better to visit a physician.

as per your age you may be a case of rheumatoid or reactive arthritis, if your joint is swollen with morning stiffness but need further detailed history , in that case you need to have some tests done to confirm the diagnoses and proper treatment advised to prevent joint damage , only painkillers are not the answer it can relieve the pain but cause need to be taken care of .
