Asking for Mother, Female, 60 years old, karachi
my mother has been noticing a tender abdominal mass on left side just below the ribs for two days, the pain is not radiationg , its dull , not associated with fever vomiting jaundice or anemia .

kindly get an ultrasound done. and meanwhile for pain you can give tonoflex P one tablet twice aday . if it's turned out to be enlarged spleen then need further investigation

Hi I think In order to diagnose you need to get an Ultrasound abdomen and kindly ask your mother if there is any history of fall or trauma
