I have done tests of sgpt and S.br from 19 dec 2019. First my sgpt was 1740 then 1074 then 484 then 241 then 94 And S.br level was 7.2 then 6.4 then 7.2 then 2.2 then 1.3 . So now my doctor told me to leave hepa-merz syrup but continue heptocam capsules for a week and also told me to break the care which i was doing from oily food , milk , meat / beaf and spicy foods . I only use vegetables and chapati as a food . what diet should i take now ? any good suggestions please ?
Avoid rice, oily, spicy, junk foods and take penalty of water as you can.
