Mere doc ne mujhe vitamin d3 k medicine or kuch calicium ki medicine di hai jo main ley rahi hon. Kya main iron ki tablt key sakti ho like ferro sulphate ya fefol tablt. Mujhe is type k chakkar pregnancy main bhi aye the or jab meri cbc report ayi thi to mera hb 8 tha to meri doc ne mujhe ferro sulphate di thi 3 times per day until my EDD. Kiya main ferro sulphate dobara ley sakti ho jabke mera baby meri feed leta hai.
Dear, first of all congrats on having a safe delivery and a healthy baby. It must be difficult for you to tolerate feed. The symptoms you are explaining may or may not be due to anemia, deacresed hemoglobin or blood counts in the body. The best way to determine is to get your CBC (complete blood count done) and share the report please. Till that time if you feel tired, lethargic, dizzy, short of breath and palpitations as well then you can start on
