Talk to Internal Medicine on Heartbeat Raised During Sleep

Since 5 days when i go to sleep i wake within an hour with very high pulse and bp 160/100 throughout the day i feel weak and my limbs hurt i feel lightheaded and like my sugar is low but sometimes when i check bp during the day its 140/90 and sometimes normal, during this time i am also having frequent bowel movements which are sometimes loose. Sometimes i get upper left chest pain and gas as well.my nose is also blocked and i have trouble breathing properly esp during sleep so i sometimes sleep with my mouth open.every night since these past 5 days i have experienced raised pulse in sleep when i wake up my heart is beating really fast(was 124 pulse in e.r) and i feel weak and a little pain in head neck and limbs. I went to the e.r the dr prescribed me inderal 10mg b.d but said not to take it as yet and drink lots of juices and water when i do that my palpitation goes away within half an hr he only asked me to drink juice in e.r as well no other treatment.i had very salty food last we
