How bad is sneezing and have you any feeling of post nasal drip? Any ear problem or headache? Cough? Do u get any fever?
Any variation in symptoms in morning or evening time??
I think what u r trying to tell me suggests that u have seasonal allergies, these can give one flu like symptoms, but it would help to know more about your problem, try Benadryl when your symptoms bother you most
