Talk to Internal Medicine on Blood In Stool
Asking For Self, Male 30, kharian
From past 9 months i have lost 7kg weight. I daily feel gurgling sounds in left abdomin and a lot of gass and discomfort. my left abdomin and chest becomes tight. This doscomfort makes my heartbeats fast. from last 2,3 months, i experiance occasional blood in stool. it is bright red in color and usualy comes at the end of stool. I have become very very weak. Plz guide me which tests are necessary?
