Talk to Internal Medicine on Backpain And Muscle Weakness

Aoa.. I have backpain since march 2019, My MRI reports show that i have herniated l4, l5. I have visited Chiropractor but no benefit. In may i started feeling in knees and its got worse when i climb stairs. Then My finger joints also got pain. I visited rhematologist and i got many tests but they told every thing is normal. Plus i got Knee MRI its clear. All these Drs told me that its due to your muscle weakness. What should i do for Muscle Weakness?
