i am 25 years old weight 71 kg, in December my periods date was 13 but till 23 i didn't bleed i visited a gyne she told me i have pcos.ever since then my cycle is regular. my mother had cysts and hyperthyroidism and my maternal grandmother has diabetes, she also had some issue regarding uterus her uterus was removed. i have thin hair oily scalp like my parents. recently i noticed very few thin hair on my chin i had my harmones check in January they all are normal. today i visited a gynecologist in ultrasound my right ovary appeared large and bulky. she prescribed me folic acid n said yet the issue is not severe but can be in future and asked me to take folic acid every day and notice my cycle for 2-3 months. i will be getting married by the end of this year i am really worried. will i be able to conceive naturally? will it be a issue ? she told me the issue is not severe to have harmonal medication. i am really worried about conception. kindly guide me.
