The CT scan is showing liber cirrhosis with evidence of portal hypertension. Need more detailed history to see what decompensation she has developed so far. The complications of cirrhosis include bleeding from veins in food pipe which lead to black stools, accumulation of water in tummy (not seen in CT yet), episodes of confusion and unconsciousness and liver cancer. Did she underwent endoscopy? Any bands applied? Need to see CBC, LFT, Albumin, sodium, creatinine, PT/INR, AFP. She should have ultrasound liver every 6 months for cancer surveillance. Liver Transplantation is the ultimate treatment depending on patients physical condition, performance status and lab reports.

ok.
endoscopy report?
another important thing is to avoid unnecessary medication and hakeemi medicines, as all medicines go through liver and can cause harm.
need to workup for cause of liver disease like hepatitis B, C, fatty liver etc.
should get appropriate vaccines like hepatitis A, B, covid etc
