20 din pehle mere dono parotid gland swell ker gaye they.right parotid gland main swelling ziada thi. ultrasound main lymph node swelling aayi thi 3.6mm ki .ENT doctor ne dalacin c aur augmentin di thi 10 days ke liye. in madicine se swelling 75% kum hui hai lekin abhi khutum nhi hui. main ne abhi CBC test karaya hai jo bilqul sahi hai.mujhe aur koi symptoms nhi hain lekin tension bohot hai.kia ye swelling cancer ki alamat hai.aur agar nhi to ye kub tak swelling khutum ho gi .plz guide kerien mujhe kia kerna chahiye.

If there's no response to antibiotics and swelling persists then fine needle aspiration cytology and biopsy karna paraygi to check otherwise complete the course and wait and watch
