Talk to Hematologist on Elevated RBC

Hello dr, So I'm asking this for a friend, In November 2019, my friend had problems with his bones like pain and weakness etc for many months. doctor told him to get CBC done and Fasting Sugar test done. so one day he went for tests by walking to hospital plus he was fasting for all night and was dehydrated before test. so he get tested and his results are in files below. his rbc were elevated and he searched on google and found out he has microcytic polycythemia and he got scared, however dr told him it's normal get some vit d and sunlight etc. he he's worried about google result of microcytic polycythemia. so dr tell me is this some kinda cancer? or is there anything wrong with his reports. thank you.

PS. reports were done in November 2019 and today is April 2020 and he seems Healthy and fine otherwise. should he consult hematologist or psychologist?
