She is 10 week pregnant but continuously low bp 90 /70 what is the reason
It is common to have BP early in pregnancy because of circulation changes and blood supply to the developing baby, but she should try to stay hydrated, drink lot of fluids, and don't stand up suddenly from lying position. Also if she is having severe vomiting she may need IV fluids to recover the loss.
Baby this bp is normal,its high bp which effects pregnancy.Tell her to take
small frequent meals
its normal due to blood vessels dilatation in early pregnancy bcz of
