salam I'm nursing mother, my baby is 1 year old, mujhy 2 days se flu hora tha tou Dr ny ye medicine likh k de hai but mai Dr ko batana bhool gae k mai baby ko feed karwati hon, pls koe Dr mujhy batady k mai ye kha sakhti hon during nursing k nahi? TIA
better to avoid it . take tab azomax 250mg one daily for 5 days. if you dont have temperature or dore throat, no need of antibiotics

Jee ap ko fever hai? Ye antibiotic hai and i think is ki need waise ye safe hai during feeding lekin antiallergy ziada behtar rahegy

Levofloxacin is a heavy antibiotic to be given for flu only. Apart from that, quinolones (class of antibiotic to which levofloxacin belongs) use is limited in nursing mothers due to their potential role in damaging cartilage growth in children.
If your only problem is flu,
note this-
Flu is mostly viral and usually self limiting.
If it is not going itself, take tab softin 10 mg once at night for 5 days.
Steam inhalation is also good for viral flu.
If you are having other symptoms, don't hesitate to ask.

If its simple flu with no temp , then take tab rigix 10 mg once at night.. or tab arinac forte 2 tabs.
Not suitable while nursing
better to avoid this .. if there is documented fever then use other Antibiotics more suitable for your situation
