Talk to Gynecologist on Vericocele

Hi, we have been trying to concieve from almost year and a month. We are done with our tests. My reports are normal but my hudband's SA reports shows fluctuation and have done ultrasound as well which diagnosed mild vericocele. Please suggest what are options avialable for him? Surgery or medications to improve rapid linear progression to help in concieving naturally. Reports are attached. Thanks in advanced for your kind resposes.
