Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal White Drops Release In Pregnancy

AOA- I am 5 months pregnant and having vaginal Releases of White drops. when I wake up in the morning, Almost 3-4 drops release everyday. i am facing this issue since 4 days. is it Normal in Pregnancy or is it a sign of infection? Doctors recommendations would be Really Appreciated. Thanks
