Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Infection

Post this anonymously I am having some white patches on my labia (vagina) with some bumps and redness. Having very thick yellowish discharge ( something like rubber or cottage cheese) And it is also itching alot. Kindly if there is any gynecologist help me out with that.
