Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Discharge

Asalam o alaikum . Mere periods se 10 15 days phly and lagatar discharge hota hai and its thick jelly type and continously hota rehta hai.. and asa dard hota hai k jaise abdominal part phat jaiga . Sakht hojata and khichta hai and wo takleef just 10 15 seconds hoti and release or normal, takleef khatamm.. idk is it normal? Kya hai ye? Kyu hota hai?? What should i do im office going girl and mujhe ye 10 second ki takleef hoti hy to mai akar kar reh jati hon. Please help me . I dont know how to explain my pain jo hota hai.
