assalamualaikum. em bleeding from 24 of sep till now. now I consulted a gynaecologist and her ultrasound report shows a sack in uterus and for treatment she suggested Diane 30 tablets...are these tablets useful in my issue or may I not use this treatment? kindly reply me I want an authentic view before using this treatment

Ok then use capsule transamine 500mg two morning two evening two night and ponstonforte 1 morning evening and night for 7 days .....bleeding will settle but if still you have bleeding then we will go for hormonal treatment as this happened 1st time with you

Just n is hlrmonal better to use it if you get 2nd episode of irregular bleeding next time
