Drink plenty of water,ideal is to do urine culture and sensitivity and antibiotic according to result.Augmentin 250mg every 6 hrs for 7-10 days or Nitrofurantoin 50 mg every 6 hrs for 7 days or ceflex 250mg every 6 hrs for 7-10 days are safe in pregnancy
send urine cultire. cap cefspan 400mg one daily for 5 dsys, cranmax sachet 2 times a day for 3 days. drink olenty of water
