Talk to Gynecologist on Ultrasound Pelvis

Is this ultrasound report ok? I did this ultrasound on 15june , my previous 2 cycles were abit disturbed as i was on contraceptives For 6,7 months .which i stopped it march , my first n 2nd periods after stopping contra was induced with primolut as the first was late and 2nd was was bcz i wanted it to be on time .. I m expecting my periods 6days inshallah .
