Assalam u alaikum. I have been trying to conceive since last 1 year.we married before 2 years. I tried to visit many gynecologist. And they treated differently, recently I visited a professor gynecologist, she has done many tests and HSG, Hysterio salpingo gram XRAYS, finally she prescribed surgery. Doctor told that both tubes are patent . So I wanted to know that what's our problem and what's its treatment ? Is blocked tubes can be treated without surgery ? Is there any risk of surgery ? I have also attached all the tests ,and xray reports. Also I have attached semen analysis test. Please admin tag the best gynecologist. I'm waiting for response. Thanks

waa. both tubes are patent. bicornuate uterus does not prevent conception, it may result in pregnancy complications. surgery will help prevent complications. but for conception other causes are to be ruled out n treatment done. u may discuss with me properly through Marham online visit. Salam . After seeing ur reports there is no problem in any one of u . Ur husbands semen analysis is fine . . Ur tests r fine . Ur HSG shows ur tubes r fine there is no blockage except the uterus is a bicornuate uterus meaning it is a heart shaped uterus which is congenital that is by birth . There is no problem in conceiving with bicornuate uterus . Also this is not confirmatory on HSG that the uterus is heart shaped . This is confirmed by TVS ultrasound pelvis or MRI pelvis . But it doesn’t hinder or give problem in conceiving . Surgery is done to correct it but not required everytime . U can conceive without surgery as well . Thanks
ur tubes r patent only bicornuate uterus that cause pregnancy complication not problem in conception... semen also normal ranges only few WBC n 1-2 RBC means mild infection that can b treated with antibiotics so refer him to urologist like Dr. Amjad noor
