I had tubal ligation at the time of my third C-section. Now I am looking for reversal and I did HSG test but no tubes were visible on HSG. Now my question is did the doctor removed my tubes altogether? Can a doctor do this without patient consent? What other tests can be done to check tubal patency please? I had lost my HSG report due to home shifting but the doctor said tubes were not visible
laparoscopy is better to test the tubes.however results of surgery for tube reversal are not good.if you want more babies go for ivf(test tube baby)
HSG is good test to look for tubal patency..if tubes r not outlined altogather then there might be some other reason as patient in stress and pain unconsciously tight their pelvis, or any chronic infection.
doctor never do ligation without patient consent unless it is necessary for life saving.
so repeat HSG from a skilled person..

Jazak Allah for replying but test tube is very expensive and you should pay for each round of IVF. We can not afford that. Is tubal reversal surgery done in Pakistan ? Any recommendations please?
