walikum salam. I would suggest you to consult an infertility specialist who will better guide you to help conceive. Don't take medicines on your own because the cause of difficulty in conceiving is different in different patients. Also as long as your other tube is normal you can still conceive naturally but the long cycle of more than 40 days indicate problem with ovulation too, so it is better to consult your doctor, get initial tests done and then hopefully you will get good news soon.
