Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Convince
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Rawalpindi
Salaam, am trying to convince from last one year, my all reports are clear same for my husband too
i need help to understand my pelvic ultrasound report, is there any infection that's why i'm not conceiving?
Also i have done this ultrasound on day 32 of my cycle (my cycle vary from 31 to 35 days)
I've stretching feeling in left side in lower abdomen.
My ultrasound finding is::
A well defined elongated area measuring about 2.3 * 1.7 * 2cm (volume = 4.4ml) is seen in cul de Sac. It has internal septations.
Any medicine recommended please?

Actually its not a cyst, its a fluid in pouch of doughles, (pod)
Is this cause of worry ? Should i contact gyncolgist or is it ok to leave it as it is ??

You should see a Gynaecologist.
Fluid in POD is also a sign of infection

fluid duznt has internal septations...either repeat ur scan frm sum authentic radiologist or go fr MRI...to determine the nature location size blood supply of the mass along wth other parameters, it ll also exclude the involvement of other structures as well...
