Salam doctors I am a mother of a baby boy who is going to be 2 years old next month MashAllah now we are thinking to try for another baby in next 2 3 months i want to know what vitamins aur supplements should i start taking now along with folic acid. Alhamdolliah i conceived within a first month of my marriage. I will be thankful for u if u prescribed me as i am living in some remote area not be able to visit my doctor Thank u in advance

was.it is best only to take healthy diet from every food groups rather than taking supplements..eat fresh fruit, vegetables , milk, meat , carbohydrates and nuts..for prescription of medicinal supplements u can book a consultation as it isn't allowed on this forum
