no folicular size mentioned in the scan report instead written multiple tiny follicles so may be follicles are not achieving normal size.

.dominant follicle should b of 18 to 20mm..tiny.follicles means dominant follicle not formed

It is mentioned tiny follicles so it means follicle size is not enough for conceiving. I also had one miscarriage last year.

Yes Dr proclactin was raised nd i had pco as well. My Dr advised me to limit sugar items and my weight also.
