Talk to Gynecologist on Thyroid Issue And Pregnancy

I had TSH 12.5 and i was planning pregnancy. My doctor advice me to take 150 mcg of thyroxine daily. The thyroid test after 14 days revealed that my TSH level fell below normal (0.1). Can it have side effects or cause issues in conceiving?
