Hello Doctors. please help me I'm so worried. I was facing irregular periods my doctor suggested me CA 125 it was slightly Elevated but my ultrasound is absolutely clear. CT scan with contrast bhi karwaya tha reproductive organs main likha tha Kay ( no mass seen). please tell me what is the problem?

CA 125 sometimes gets raised due to inflammation.
Get it repeated along with pelvic scan after 3 months.
