Talk to Gynecologist on Right Sided Pelvic Thigh And Knee Pain

I am 20 years old since 3 years I am having right sided pelvic pain along with thigh pain and now it has radiated to knees it always happens during ovulation and then occurs again 10 days before periods till first day of my period,I consulted an orthopedic for it , I thought it was a bone pain,he gave me muscoril and phlogin 3 times a day , ufrim 1 time a day and syngab and ternaline at night , but still I have this pain. However my vitamin d was 5 ng/dl so I took 3 IM injections of vit d of 200,000 IU once in a week for 3 weeks.

continue your vit D dose for 3 more weeks
take a good multivitamin
during ovulation pain and stretching is normal but if it is severe than you can go for ultrasound pelvis for screening purpose.
if the pain is continuous Us to rule out other cause like renal stone is ad vused

Have u ever got any ultrasound done
Is there any history of ovarian cyst
Do u have any discharge problem
Are ur periods painful
Any urinary complaints
If all is well n happening only during ovulation so it might b a normal mechanism of ur body
Get apelvic ultrasound done
Get urine complete examination too and discuss

No it isn't happening only during ovulation it also happens 10 days before period and urine aur stool pass krne kr baad I get severe pain , pain continuously 2 hrs baad hota
