As periods are irregular and it may be due to hypothyroidism. U have to see the endocrinologist for thyroid and gynaecologist for irregular cycle. Normally when u take the medicine for thyroid periods get regular and she can get pregnant. Trim mean trimesters during pregnancy. ( 9 months are divided like 1st three months 1st trimester —-

Hello your report shows that your tsh level is raised rest is normal . It means you are suffering from hypothyroidism ..and don’t bother values according to trimesters ..it is for those who are pregnant .consult your medical specialist

Her Tsh is raised other tests are normal it due to hypothyroidism you can consult endocrinologist and check whether she has history of wt gain lethargic heat and cold intolerance any change in periods like heavy flow.these symptoms are related 3 hypothyroidism.
