I am 32 years old unmarried.. I have a history of PCOS from the past 7 years... Weight gain, acne and excessive hair on my body.. from the past 2.5 months my periods are not stopping.. sometimes its spotting and most of the time its proper flow with extreme back and lower abdominal pain.. also to mention I have severe leucorrhea issue.. i have to use pads 24/7

You need to take hormonal medication to stop bleeding and then to regulate cycles. Weight loss is recommended. It’s advisable if you could visit gynaecologist fir further treatment. GOR hair growth go for laser.

my weight is 95kgs right now. trying to loose but doesn't help. no hormonal medication. discharge is yellowish brown and extremely itchy.. and it is so itchy that it creates bruises

u should consult a dietician to lose weight... for discharge u can take capsule fungone 150 mg single dose and repeat after 3 days if not resolved....
