Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Lahore
I have PCOS so irregular periods sometimes once or twice a year only. I don’t ovulate every month we have been trying to conceive for 2.5+ years. Gynea has given me primolut n for bleed & letrozole to help me conceive with egg growth at 2.5mg twice a day. However it failed as I did not have any chances on my follicles. Should I increase the dose this cycle? If so then how much?
