Consult your gynaecologist soon. Also get bile acids test in blood. Most likely obstetric cholestasis if you are in advanced pregnancy stage. You have not mentioned duration of pregnancy.

Misprint initially. It’s less likely to be cholestasis at this stage. You need to get abdominal ultrasound and consult gastroenterologist. He will advise you further treatment plan.

I think you need to see your doctor urgently as your LFTs are deranged. It could be Obstetrics Cholestasis
