Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Test Is Negative But I'm Late On Periods

I have a 4.5 years old daughter.Had D&C 3 years back .My periods are regular. LMP is 30th July ,I'm already 11 days late on my periods but my UPT is negative.
What should I do?
