Hi, I am 30 week and 3 days pregnant now. Alhamdulillah. Aur ab problem yeh ho rha hai k agar me left krwat se soti hon tu meri pasliyon me pain hota hai or saans lene me takleef. Es liye me 5min se zada left side pe nahi so pati. Tu kia right side pe sona theek hai ?? Es se baby ko tu koi harm nahi ho ga ?? Kun me ne suna hai left side sleeping position is ideal during pregnancy. Plz clear tu me.
